Is the website down for everyone or just me?
We test the site from six real probes on six continents. If every location fails to get a response, the site is down for everyone. If most locations reach it fine, the problem is likely on your side — your network, ISP or device.
The site is up but I still can't open it. What now?
Try clearing your browser cache, flushing your DNS cache, switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or using a different DNS resolver like 1.1.1.1. Local ISP blocks and stale DNS records are common causes.
What does it mean when the domain doesn't resolve?
If DNS returns no address for the domain, the site is effectively unreachable everywhere. This usually means an expired domain, broken name servers or a DNS misconfiguration — not just a server outage.
Why did I get an error page but the tool says the site is up?
Any HTTP response — even a 404, 403 or 500 error page — means the server is alive and answering. The tool reports whether the site responds at all, not whether every page works.
